The output was adopted as a reference for BMW China top management's decision.(3) Digital Purchasing and Partner Management, Beijing3 months in Digital Purchasing Department. Finalized the nomination of 2 projects: Autonomous Driving Data Center(the 1st large-scale data center for autonomous driving vehicles in China), and BMW Cloud Platform(cloud as the backend of BMW mobile APP). The work included communication with 6 stakeholders, requirements management, business negotiation, contract preparation.(4) Supplier Quality Management, Beijing3 months in Supplier Quality Management for automotive electronics: ADAS system, HUD, 48V battery, head unit, wiring harness, etc. Jointly managed 3 Tier-1 suppliers in industrialization(pre-SOP) phase. Two major activities: (1) conduct onsite audit to check capacity planning, FMEA, control plan, technical cleanness, lean manufacturing, etc. at suppliers; (2) processes and products approval.(5) Supplier Chain Project Management, Beijing3 months in project management for BMW Supply Chain EHS(environment, health, safety). The project successfully built a pipeline system to evaluate and report EHS risks of the overall supply chain in Asia. Show less
