Facilitated tendering to completion by managing consultant team and contractors. Ensured compliance to CONQUAS 21 construction standard.• Instructed design team to produce design proposals using industry standard software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, 3ds Max, Revit and Photoshop before successfully presenting to clients for approval and execution.• Advised design team on client’s needs and requirements such as sustainability, niche, trends and CONQUAS 21 standard.
