  Developed a Global Reconciliation System for Crédit Agricole to reconcile multiple Front Office systems with Back Office systems.Process includes the extraction of data from different sources (Front offices and Back offices) and then transforms this data by performing transcodification rules and routing rules to generate the files for reconciliation tool. And when reconciliation is completed by tool then update the results of reconciliation in the global database, which is used in Client Server application that is developed for end users to manage the reconciliation results and handle any exceptions/breaks. To automate the whole process Windows Workflows are used to control and run the multiple processes in parallel from different Front offices and Back offices and for various instruments e.g. Equities, Funds, Futures, Options, Call Account, etc. My role involved gathering requirements, system development, Recs implementation, Training and setting support team, L2/L3 support in Production. Worked closely with the Business users beginning right from the analysis of their requirements (manually on excel), understanding the pain areas (heterogeneous file formats, large volumes of data, manual matching, effective handling exceptions/breaks, archiving …), effectively modeling the requirements in a robust and workable IntelliMATCH Solutions (bulk loading of data, translations, formatters, match pass rules, job scheduling, RecAdmin … ), and most appealing (graphs/charts), customizable (parameterized), KPIs reporting dashboard.
