  In this position I form strategic partnerships across the institution and facilitate the university-wide adoption of SAIL (Self-Authored Integrated Learning). The SAIL framework and software platform strengthen students' ability to capture experiential learning in all contexts of their lives, reflect on that learning to see new connections, and better articulate their skills and growth to others. Toward this end, I engage in strategic partnerships with:• Co-op Coordinators to identify ways in which the SAIL platform and framework can promote integration of students’ co-op experiences with other learning opportunities throughout the university; • Employer partners to leverage the SAIL initiative in ways that elevate the work experiences and learning outcomes that they offer students; • Career Advisors to utilize students’ experiences with the SAIL framework as a took for articulating their preparedness for different career tracks• Academic Faculty who offer experiential opportunities including lab experiences, design opportunities, global engagement opportunities, and courses;• Academic Advisors to facilitate their use of the framework to strengthen advisees’ ability to define their learning pathways. Show less In this role I managed 14 full-time faculty and 3 staff members in the College of Science Cooperative Education Office. I supervised, evaluated, and advocated for this team, and I was charged with developing and enacting the strategic plan for the Cooperative Education program within the college. In addition to supervising a team of co-op faculty, I also served in the same role, working with a caseload of ~70 students to find co-op placements every 6 months, network with employers to develop opportunities for these students, and facilitate reflective conversations with my students to help them make meaning of their experiences.
