      Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Managing Director of Human Resources (HR) is responsible for the design, development and implementation of ASA’s HR and Human Capital Strategies to support ASA’s mission and corporate goals. As a member of senior staff, the Managing Director of Human Resources provides guidance in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as the policies and practices of the Corporation. Show less Provide human resources leadership and expertise in the design, implementation and administration of human resource policies, procedures and programs that support business goals and strategies across American Student Assistance including but not limited to: employee relations, employment practices, recruitment and retention, and management of all HR systems and records (HRIS, Performance Management, e-Recruiting, personnel files, etc.). Provide support and leadership on cross-functional teams both within and outside of HR where appropriate related to talent management and development, employee relations and legal compliance, HRIS and management support.
