      Hewlett Packard Enterprise is a blue-chip IT company selling servers, software and support to businesses globally. Primary focus during my placement was to support all software marketing managers and to execute marketing activities for the software portfolio across UK, Ireland and Northern Europe (The Netherlands, Benelux, Denmark and Sweden). Marketing activities included: - Upload leads into our CRM system (SalesForce)- Creating emailers to syndicate to existing and new customers- Building landing pages to track registrations and promote internal or external events- Liaise with agencies such as printing, promotional and venue hire- Managing budgets- Lead sales calls to ensure the sales team are on track before, during and after campaigns- Attended events and speak to prospects to generate leadsDuring my placement I was given part of the software portfolio (Big Data) to own and market. With that I was given a quarterly budget and targets to meet, which was great exposure to a career as a marketing manager. Show less

      Osmo offers a natural and environmentally friendly alternative to wood finishing. The products are based on rapidly renewable, natural vegetable oils that penetrate deeply into the wood, keeping it elastic and healthy, whilst preventing it from drying and becoming brittle.
