      The project aimed to develop a planning tool that ensures a leveled production and increase the delivery reliability for the after line production, Fit For Use, at Scania Chassi. The planning tool was developed based on two optimization models, creating the possibility to manage the variation in the production and increase the flow- and resource efficiency. Also, by identifying the waste in the production the planning tool constituted the foundation to increase the resource efficiency in a long term. Show less
