      WORK CENTER SUPERVISOR- Utilized leadership and communication skills to lead work center in consistent mission accomplishment with balanced task delegation and efficient time management. In charge of ensuring compliance with ship's fall protection program, hazardous material use/disposal, and danger tag-out program.TEST EQUIPMENT PROGRAM MANAGER- Conducted quarterly inventories of command test equipment, coordinated across departments and with outside calibration facilities, leading to a steady increase in the readiness of test equipment.TRAINING SUPERVISOR- Planned and scheduled training for division to increase comprehensive knowledge of the work environment and to cross-train team members, allowing for an increase in productivity. Delivered training report to include attendance and training critiques on a monthly basis.COMMAND FITNESS LEADER- As a designated command fitness leader, scheduled and was the head of routine fitness sessions for 35 servicemembers who had failed to meet physical readiness standards. By increasing morale and motivation to attend fitness session, a 95% success rate for command physical readiness standards was achieved.REPAIR DIVISION- Familiarity with the danger tag-out program proved invaluable to the repair division at USS Germantown. By following safety procedures, the extensive amount of deferred maintenance requiring tag-out procedures was accomplished. In order to maximize efficiency of the repair division, conducted tag-out training for 10 additional members in order to allow for an even distribution of task delegation.FOOD SERVICE ATTENDANT- As a member of the food service division, skills in customer service were utilized resulting in consistent positive reviews in the galley suggestion box.
