  My team members and I are currently partnering with Dr. Anita Nucci, PhD, MPH, RD, LD, Associate Professor and Graduate Program Director of Georgia State University to transform her current registry into a database for her patients at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC). Her current registry of 500+ patients is currently stored in Excel and will be converted into the database we created in Access. It will track relevant high level requirements to monitor the progress of the patients after they have received a form of care at UPMC. This database will also allow Dr. Nucci to access patients' information in a more efficient and timely manner.My Role Included:*Creating various training manuals that will allow Dr. Nucci and others to use the database efficiently and effectively*Training Dr. Nucci on how to use the database in Access and on how to convert her information from Excel to Access*Designing a database in Access based on Dr. Nucci's registry documents Show less
