  Producing development materials with stakeholders to our Financial advisors and leading our orientators, who orientate new and returning Financial advisors. Developing orientation, leading orientators and building the best possible orientation model for whole Finland. After my maternity leave substitute as a manager of the team in Tapiola came to an end, I have recruited and orientated new Financial Advisors' to all the teams' in Espoo. Maternity leave substitution 24.2.2020 - 28.2.2021 Orientation team pilot in Leppävaara and later kept orienting in Tapiola. Concentrating on Housing loans and everything that is involved. We were a small team whos main responsibility was to orientate the (mainly new) banking advisors in Espoo and Vantaa. The title Personal Banking Advisor changed to Financial Advisor at some point. Job description changed the same.
