  The brief, and my challenge, was to manage a newly formed company, FM Plus, from conception through to launch bringing together 4 service companies to extend service into Total Facilities Management. This included sourcing service partners, writing and formatting the new website with a PR company, introducing new business processes and through social media and networking creating business opportunities for the new company across Yorkshire. In this time we also won the Hull Daily Mail Business Award for Customer Focus. FM Plus successfully launched in May 2016. Show less
