  As Manager at Great Harvest I oversee all operations including production, retail, wholesale, purchasing, maintenance, HR, accounting and marketing. At our welcoming little bakery in East De Pere, we begin each day by freshly milling whole wheat to prepare phenomenal bread and sweets from scratch. We have a great sandwich menu including hot panini's and breakfast sandwiches. We also offer catering and gifting options.
