      - Led effort in Lake County to transform the Find Help Lake County Initiative into a comprehensive 211 system. Activities included community engagement and outreach, program development and fundraising.- Successfully overhauled and re-branded the Find Help Initiative in one year in response to community need. Implemented procedures to consistently provide a dynamic and comprehensive database of community providers that was easily searchable and flexible to changing needs. - Facilitated the completion of over 200 free tax filings in 2016 for Lake County residents by implementing a social media and outreach campaign promoting free online tax preparation services through United Way’s My Free Taxes Initiative.- Managed the UWLC Impact Grant and EFSP grant application and reporting processes for over 50 nonprofit partners. Show less - Facilitated the UWLC Three Year Impact Grant application process for over fifty applicants ensuring that applicants were properly trained and supported to become successful applicants and true community partners.- Implemented best practices and streamlining strategies to create a more efficient Allocations process.- Trained and coordinated the volunteer experience for over forty individuals and multiple committees which were responsible for reviewing and determining which applicants would receive UWLC Three Year Impact Grants.- Acted as a liaison for, and maintained positive relationships with, over sixty community programs and forty non profit agencies involved in the UWLC Three Year Impact Grants and other grant funding.- Implemented and managed the Stock Our Schools Grants Initiative into six low-income elementary schools providing small grant opportunities for teachers.-Created strong relationships with community partners to promote the use of the Find Help Lake County Print Guide and www.findhelplakecounty.org .
