  Summer trainee: Worked on “Microstructural Characterization of Ni-Cr bond coat and Alumina top coat on Ti64 Alloy for improved properties”, Thermal Barrier Coating of Alumina as a top coat and Ni-Cr as a bond coat sprayed using Plasma-Spraying technique on Ti64 Alloy which is used in stator compressor blades of an aero-engine, tribological tests are conducted and specific improvement in properties is noticed and produced a report on same.

Graduate Engineer Trainee: Obtained foundations and overview of manufacturing plants present and was posted in Central Engineering Services as an Inspection Engineer, holds the responsibility of reliability of the plant, conducting scheduled inspections of equipment and pipelines and corrosion loops present and was a part of Shutdown of Para-Xylene plant in Nov’17 Part of major turnaround of SEZ-Coker plant, Jamnagar, was responsible for coke drums, a crucial and challenging equipment of coker, major jobs handled were, installation of 24" nozzle and 16"patch plate and PWHT after that and knuckle joint repair using temper bead welding. Understood and studied the overall process and importance of Coker plant.
