  Began the sales work in Grande-Tek since t the year 2012, growing up with the pipe fittings project of Grande-Tek together.The daily work are : *communicate with the customers succesfully in English . *Searching for international buyer ,find the matched cooperator . * Make the reception for the foreign customers , deal with the big business negotiation . *Make the sales plan for months and years ,to fulfil the sales target through the reasonal working methods .There are two main stages for my work in Grande-Tek .The first stage are that i need maintain the relationship with old customers .In this stage i need to fully learn about the customers' requirment and do the right choice for the customers .The other stage are developing the new market and customers .Keep a sensitive mind for the market to find the potential customers .Usually through the internet and trade fair to find the customers .
