  As a maintenance worker in Robert Menzies College, it allows me to work confidently with different people within short notices. It also gave me the opportunity to learn many valuable maintenance skills in the college, these have trained me to learn quickly, pick up any skills comfortably and make critical decisions alone while required and take responsibility of it. Academic tutor makes me realise the importance of listening to the student more and modified the teaching style differently with each student so they could understand and enjoy learning. I have learnt to work with different people with an open mind, the experience was memorable and it makes me feel more confident to share the same working environment with a team in the future.
