  As an integral team member to the Product Department of Vauxhall, I was responsible for:• Composing the following reports: Monthly Trim Mix Sales Report, Quarterly Options Sales Report, Dealership Sales Aid cards, Sat Nav Sales Report, Vauxhall’s Emissions Tracker with NEDC and WLTP conversions, and Monthly Price Tracker files.• Benchmarking Vauxhall’s product line-up against its competitors and creating actionable points to focus on moving forwards. • Shared responsibility with the LCVs manager for creating sales leads at exhibitions for Vauxhall’s Vivaro, Combo and Movano vans at the British Superbike Championships at Oulton Park and Brands Hatch motor racing circuits. • Creating and editing the master file used to track the distribution and usage of Vauxhall’s press vehicles. Measuring aspects such as: Location of vehicle, who the client organisation was, what the intended use of the car was, any changes to the roadworthiness of the vehicle due to usage.• Minute-taking at weekly departmental meetings, sorting findings into actionable points.• Participating in training for leading presentations and how to utilise them effectively.
