      I joined BTR as the Victorian Account Manager / Hydropower Specialist after being recruited and sponsored to move from the UK. BTR are principally an importer and supplier of industrial composites. My prime responsibility was to develop a customer base in Victoria with a value in excess of AUS$1m. The second target was to increase the company’s share of the hydropower refurbishment market in Australia. Marketing and selling a broad range of plastic and composite materials and components, the applications ranged from hi-tech custom made components machined on-site, to standard or bulk material supply. My technical background in customer consultation, component design and material selection was key to my recruitment and added significant value to the BTR team.
