  PROCESS DEVELOPMENT TASK UNDERTAKEN: • Control of Technology transfer from R&D to plan and execute production standards of the Product.• Control technology transfer and scale-up of R&D product into Production.• Design control of Apparatus-equipment required for production as per the batch size.• Coordination with QA for planning n preparing required documents (BMR, BECR, and ANALYTICAL PROTOCOLS) needed for manufacturing product from R&D at production level.• Vigilance over every important observations and there documentation as per GMP for future development of the product.• Special attention about the quality of the product at every intermediate stage by preference to the analytical report generation before moving further in the process.• Helping hand to prepare of MMF of the product once the product in control by QA.DOCUMENT SKILLS • Individually prepared the coding programme of all the Apparatus and Equipments used for the production process.• Preparation of Process development documents of products manufactured by SPPS method.• BMR (batch manufacturing record)/BECR (batch equipment cleaning record) / SOP (standard operating procedure) preparation as well review.PROCESS CONTROL • Control of all the intermediate steps in the department including Synthesis, Cleavages, De-protection, oxidation and In-house Raw-materials procedure of manufacturing the peptide.• Planning including the Raw-material stock, management of production targets as per customer need and resources available.• Management of labour.• Coordination with other departments for proper execution of planning.• Coordination with management for flexibility in the production planning.
