      Resident offshore on a 3 on 3 off rota basis. Responsible for the construction element of the work- scope. Building, maintaining and being responsible for all daily/weekly progress updates to a 5000 activity fully logic construction plan. Actively involved in daily platform morning calls, chairing weekly progress meetings and scheduling updates, interfacing with onshore team discussing progress and productivity, reviewing validity of job card’s and scope being incorporated in work-packs. Carrying out critical path analysis, identification of potential simops on platform and integrating a major fabric and maintenance campaign alongside a hook-up team who are installing additional living quarters on the ETAP platform. Working closely with the onshore engineering and construction teams developing JMS, AMEC’s bespoke Job card Management System. Responsible for capturing and reviewing all growth up to 100 hours offshore, anything greater than this requires onshore approval.Duties include:• Daily scheduling and progression of the construction schedule• Managing and performing quality checks to changes/growth raised offshore in line with the project change control process ensuring the schedule and jobcard management system align correctly.• Providing information to the Offshore Management Team of current project work scope status.• Preparing and compiling of weekly Manpower histograms for issue.• Preparing and distribution of daily and weekly project progress, productivity and current project status reports for issue to the client• Chairing planning meetings with the offshore work teams to finalise the construction schedule for the following week ensuring that it is accurate and achievable and in line with client expectations Show less
