      I utilize my knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, MySQL, T-SQL, and Microsoft Access SQL to design and execute individual SQL statements, SQL scripts, and create triggers and procedures to automatically insert and update data into the database tables for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and the Fuel Management System (FMS) which are housed on two separate servers. I analyze more efficient ways to enhance communication between the maintenance database and the fuel database. I configure automatically-generated preventative maintenance (PM) work orders (WOs), including new data collection and insertion, assigning crews, creating PM WO tasks and checklists, and assigning PM task frequencies and starting dates. I extract data from the SQL server database tables, and I use MS SQL Server Management Studio, Microsoft Office, Visual Studio, Microsoft Access, and Crystal Reports to create reports tailored specifically for each of the levels of management and administration using the extracted data. I train and support Facilities Technicians with iOS mobile devices to use the mobile maintenance management interface. I train and support managers, supervisors, and support staff to use web maintenance management interface on Windows 7 and Windows 10 PCs. Lastly, I troubleshoot any issues with the mobile user interface, the web user interface, the SQL Server database tables, the interaction or connectivity issues between interfaces and the SQL Server database tables, and troubleshoot any current communication issues between the two databases.
