    • Callabera / Boeing

      Sept 2015 - Dec 2016
      Project Manager/Corrdinator/Scheduler

As Project Scheduler/Project Coordinator/Project Manager, I over saw all scheduling of the Audio/Visual/Photography/Webcast area through out the enterprise. I managed 24 employees across the United States, and a dozen or so external personnel as contractors. Between calls, emails, or a visit from a Business Partner (BP), I would manage, and coordinate all personnel, equipment, all locations, transportation, conference rooms, auditorium's, and all studios/or VTC locations. I would formulate all quotes to send out to BP for approval. Once approved I then became the project manage on all projects. On average I worked on 50 + projects at any given time. I also hired all external personnel that was needed on each project. All information was then entered into an on-line scheduler. Once the project was over I then closed the project, entered in all pertinent information, sent all information to BP for any updates and reports requested then closed the project. Within 2 weeks I would then achieve the content of the projects, by moving them from one sever to another using a highly sophisticated system then closing each project. This was done on each project per day. Each week I would close and achieve 50 plus projects. Show less
