      * Continuing the work I did as Post Doctoral Fellow (see below) with additional responsibility of project management and time-line adherence. * Contributed in development of numerous early stage/pre-clinical drug discovery projects.* Contributed towards identification of anti-inflammatory and anti-diabetic lead molecules and mechanism-of-action studies As a part of Molecular Biology group, I was involved in setting up of in vitro and mammalian tissue culture based assays for high throughput screening. It involved cloning and expression of therapeutic target genes (their domains or promoters) in human cell-lines, setting-up of fluorescence, luminescence or radio-isotope based reporter assays that can be adapted for medium throughput screening or integrated with high throughput platforms.
