      The General Manager position was the “CEO” of one of four branches in a $17 million company.  Managed team of 14 people.  Managed a branch with projected $4 million in sales.  Facilitated paradigm shift from B2C to B2B sales. Lowered monthly operational costs by 15%. Held weekly meetings in front of sales, operations, procurement, and accounting teams to reinforce goals, motivate, and set action items.  Led and created a highly motivated and cohesive culture by implementing a program of accountability, incentive, and competition.  Trained 5 new sales employees in ERP, CRM, client communications, product knowledge, and sales strategy.  Created custom client focused platform for quoting and servicing each of the highest performing accounts.  Developed strategy and spearheaded the push into new markets.
