      I am currently managing a team of Implementation Engineers for Alert Logic EMEA, my duties include but are not limited to the following:• Lead the EMEA Implementation Solutions Team.• Act as part of a wider leadership team to support the global Implementation Team• Act as an technical and personal escalation point for my team.• Manage team progression and performance reviews.• Provide metrics on team performance. • Manage team assignment to new projects.• Define new process to facilitate improved customer experience and reduce time to value. • Work collaboratively with managerial peers and higher-level management.• Contribute to Process development, remotely and face-to-face.• Present relevant team statistical and process information to internal colleagues.• Oversee and direct expert deployment services to larger customers. • Manage team-based escalations, including direct communication with customers. Show less As Team Lead, I was able to positively influence the creation and development of a customer-facing Implementation Engineering Team which provides technical support for new customers to Alert Logic. Whilst in the role of Implementation Architect at Alert Logic, I primarily worked in a client facing role. In this role, I gained invaluable experience of being part of a small team which focused on working with customers with a range of budgets and complexity in technical requirements. Working on my own initiative as well as being an integral part of a wider team, I ensured the smooth technical deployment of Alert Logic products into customer environments. This particularly focused on Amazon Web Services (AWS) deployments but also involved working with other platforms which included, but were not limited to, Azure, Google Cloud and VMWare. In every instance I provided an excellent customer service routed in honesty and excellent subject knowledge. Show less As a Provisioning Engineer my main responsibilities involved the completion of network application configuration of new appliances/services; assist the customer in the setup and configuration of the appliance; assist in appliance deployment; effectively respond to Customer and Sales Staff inquirie; update and implement new solutions to agreed specifications; monitoring central service's performance and stability, including the roll-out of planned updates and testing the impact of new platform releases, including development of roll-out plans and risk analysis.
