  Manage a team of software, firmware, and electrical engineers, to provide technical solutions for various products and projects, including both sustaining of mature commercial products and developing completely new ones. Managed electrical system and firmware development for a new platform of Wireline downhole tractoring and intervention tool. Served as technical lead and electrical architect for the project, as well as project scheduling/budget/resource/risk/delivery management. Led new product development of some wireline surface acquisition system. Managed a team of designers, engineers, technicians, and sourcing specialists to complete the product development from concept to commercialization. Lead electrical design on some downhole wireline perforating tools, including both circuit design and firmware coding. Verified tool design through harsh environmental test, such as high temperature high shock.Involved in downhole electrical controllable completion valve design.Designed topside power and data aquisition system for subsea control system.
