  ▪ Implementing the CHARMM graphical user interface to build molecular dynamics simulations of complex bacterial membrane systems in Dr. Wonpil Im’s computational biology lab for the purpose of drug discovery.▪ Independently analyzing the outer membranes of two strains of pathogenic bacteria’s properties to differentiate their immune responses based on their respective lipopolysaccharide structures. ▪ Navigate approximately 35 students each year to professional, social, and academic success by providing support for individual development.▪ Manage communications, brainstorm outreach approaches, and coordinate monthly events to foster an inclusive community and connect residents to each other and to on-campus resources. ▪ Utilized organizational skills to formulate lesson plans, grade assignments, and prepare materials for introductory bioengineering course labs.▪ Administered labs including the creation of an alginate hydrogel, the 3D printing and assembly of a prosthetic finger, and the visualization and analysis of infectious disease data.
