  - Worked alongside Technical Directors to facilitate all aspects of production. - Under the supervision of the Artistic director- Set up for various styles of events (Concerts, Dance, Recitals, Presentations)- Help troubleshoot lighting, sound, or video equipment. - Maintain all lighting, video and sound equipment. - Point of contact for all external events/rentals-Maintain relationships with backline and equipment rental companies. - Manage crew and staff positions as needed per event.- Collaborate with designers and other production staff for CAP21 mainstage productions. - Created a way to streamline recording and live streaming events when needed. Help with any technical needs for the college as needed. - Operation of the soundboard and lighting board when needed.- Editing of video for archival video or in house recorded web series. As Head of Audio:- Help produce and consult on college’s podcasting efforts.- Manages all backline and equipment needed per show basis- Troubleshoot or fix any audio issues that occur.- Set up any microphones or speakers as specified per event- Sound Engineer for most to all events in the theatre.- Manage overhire audio staff as needed.
