Developed and optimized a twelve-plex flow cytometry assay acquired on a BD FACSymphony instrument to characterize the T cell immunophenotype post-Bicycle® molecule treatment.Enabled rapid advances in understanding of structure-activity relationships (SAR) for an early stage program by evaluating biological activity of development candidate molecules using cell-based assays. Presented experiment findings weekly at team meetings and quarterly at US science team meetings.Implemented a R script to automate analysis of dose-response relationships from a multiplex cytokine readout, which improved efficiency and minimized errors.
