  Secretary of Compliance Director & Treasury Director, Responsibilities are:• Managing the schedule of events and activities of the Board of Directors and/or Board of Commissioners• Coordinating the company’s protocol activities• Managing the administration of incoming and outgoing letters to and form the relevant Director and carry out distributions• Arraging official/overseas trips, travel plans, appointments, hotels and details for the implementation of the relevant Director’s trip• Preparing/compiling/responding to correspondence/reports from the related Director to other parties• Carrying out archiving activities for incoming/outgoing letters of other business document according to certain standard requirements• Arranging meeting time, receiving and managing guests who will meet with the relevant Director• Communicating the Instructions/massages of the relevant Director to employees/work units• Organizing meeting of Audit Committee and Risk Monitoring Committee including as the Minutes Taker• Organizing meeting of Compliance Committee including as the Minutes Taker• Providing and submitting of Report of Compliance Director• Assisting the duties of Independent Commissioners• Assist Head of Corporate Secretary in carrying out the duties and responsibilities assigned to, other than those described above• Helping the Directors to collect and compile data to fulfill surveys and submit to regulators Show less
