      Shelby Nease Award for Excellence Christopher Bowens 2017 The Shelby Nease award is presented to A CSX Special Agent for clearing a significate criminal case. This case resulted in the investigation and surveillance operation that resulted in the arrests of four individuals responsible for the theft of over 13,000 feet of copper wire. This theft resulted in over 77,666 Dollars in damage to CSX assets. All Four suspects were indicted before a Grand Jury and convicted of the crime.
