      As part my semester one assignment for a digital marketing module, my team and I devised a social media marketing plan for Kennedy's café in Clontarf, Dublin. The owners requested that we focus on targeting tourists. The assignment involved the following:- Creating a SWOT analysis-Researching the current social media marketing trends and created a PESTEL analysis-We constructed customer profiles based on statistics of the Irish tourism industry. - We researched their competitors, created a competitor analysis- We made suggestions of what social media to use and how and when to use it- The team created a mock seven day content calendar, with text and photographs for social media posts-We presented the findings and strategies to Kennedy's management through report and presentation form at the end of the semester.
