      Attend to all spare parts requests from the manufacturer’s platforms such as (Huawei, Ericsson, ZTE,Aviat, Nokia). Process the return application of all returned spare parts either used or un-used. Close all spare part tickets raised on OWS after all workflow details have been achieved. Ensure spare part requests are attended to promptly Follow up on incomplete spare parts requests and generate the necessary order with the completedetails Keep records and data of daily work activities for future reference. Organise, store and retrieve records for audit/reconciliation when needed. Answering phone calls and responding to e-mails to resolve any spare-related issues. Attend meetings and support on all other departmental issues where necessary.
