  Liaison Officer to the U.S. Navy in Manama, Bahrain. Coordinated and provided expertise to Naval Central Command 5th Fleet regarding the operations of six 110' Patrol Boats operating in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation New Dawn in Iraq. Operations Officer aboard USCGC DAUNTLESS, a multi-mission 210' Medium Endurance ship. Directly responsible for the the planning, training, execution, and interagency coordination of all the ships operations. As the ships navigator, directly responsible for the safe operation of the ship at sea; supervised & trained all Deck Watch Officers. Managed & supervised personnel/property of the largest Dept aboard the ship. USCGC MORGENTHAU is a 378' High Endurance Cutter that performs multi-mission operations on the high seas. As Weapons Officer aboard a mulit-mission maritime asset; I was directly responsible for the supervision and managment of over 80 personnel and all weapon systems within the ships Weapons Dept. As a Deck Watch Officer,I was responsible for the safe navigation and daily operation of the ship. Planned, Executed, & Supervised USCG Search & Rescue Operations. Conducted USCG Law Enforcement Operations, as a Federal Law Enforcement Officer, in U.S. Territorial Waters & in International Waters. Conducted, Planned & Supervised USCG Anti-Terrorism Operations.
