      Researched the quality and sensory attributes of shell eggs sanitized with a combination of hydrogen peroxide and ultraviolet light. Investigated the effects of eggshell surface disinfection upon hatchability and chick parameters. Established a substantial reduction of Salmonella Typhimurium on eggshell surfaces using ultraviolet light and hydrogen peroxide. Developed the methodology for the optimization of eggshell disinfection using ultraviolet light and hydrogen peroxide.
