  Directed a small team of software developers and bioinformaticians. The main focus was to translate research code (R, Matlab) to production-ready medical device software to produce clinical results that directly affect treatment decisions for breast cancer patients. The software was governed by strict guidelines and quality standards (ISO 13485, GAMP 5, 21 CFR part 11).Other projects included the design and development of software to automate (laboratory-) production processes to reduce cost and minimize the chance of human errors, and the implementation of a LIMS in production environment.
