The purpose of this tool was to qualitively evaluate how the police legitimacy trainings changed officers' perceptions of their day-to-day activities through a conversation anchored in a series of photographs chosen by the interviewee.-Hired project supervisors/analysts, field staff, and transcriptionists.-Directed creation of field protocols and led staff training.-Created survey forms and real-time monitoring system.-Developed initial coding guide and node structure, worked with junior analysts on a weekly basis to ensure inter-coder calibration and expand node topics as new topics arose.-Worked with social psychologist to restructure thematic framework for second round of coding.-Created guide for project memos based on coded interviews.-Managed project timeline and budget, including rolling forecast of expenses.
