  1.Managed and directed a globally distributed team to develop and implement global programs for Manufacturing Automation and Design for Excellence (DFX). This require the responsibility to establish systems, policies, best-practices and procedures that define these programs, and ensure full integration at manufacturing and design sites of Flextronics. 2. Successfully setup 24 COE sites in total for DFX and Manufacutirng Automation which include China, Taiwan, US, Mexico and Malaysia. 3.Work directly with Plant Managers and Regional Manufacturing Directors to identify automation opportunities, and develop automation solutions using established standards. Determine if automation solution should be fabricated internally or externally. 5.Established a product release or governance committee which include global stakeholders, Plant Managers, Center of Excellences (COE), R&D Directors and VP to define the strategies and product acceptance6.Managed and streamlined the content management process (rules, design data, manufacturing data) by having continuous discussions with customers and COE.7.Built and managed a regional ECAD library and PCB Design Team in Malaysia globlal team. The centralized team consisting of 30 people including engineers and managers resulted in savings of close to USD 4 Million per year.8.Designed and implemented a skill development program to increase productivity, team commitment and projected career path.9.Created and implemented SLA and Quality Management System for the team.10.Applied Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma Green Belt methods on ECAD library creation process.
