I have been directly and indirectly responsible for HR, marketing and advertising, route analysis and efficiency, customer relations, training, logistics, vendor relations, financial analysis, accounting, and just about anything else a small business would need to succeed. Working closely with the owner of the company I have raised revenues, increased productivity, lowered expenses, expanded to new markets, expanded to new services, increased market share, negotiated contracts, and overall improved business fundamentals on a consistent basis.
