Facilitate overall technical competence.- Maintain dialog with technical assistance center subject matter experts to ensure they have latest technical information regarding concerns, investigations and service fixes.- Coordinate specialized training with group leaders - Lead escalated technical assistance requests and work with engineering subject matter experts to provide support to field service engineers. - Utilize business case process to facilitate lower warranty costs and improved customer satisfaction.
