      One of the projects I did in university was a group project which involved developing an RRAS (Radiographic Rejection Auditing Software) for the Milton Keynes University Hosptial. The software was built in Visual Studios using C#. The software was designed to simplify and automate the way the rejected x-rays are audited. At the time, the information of a rejected x-ray was stored onto a tab delimited text file which was on a USB.A member of staff then had to enter that information manually from the file in an excel spreadsheet (which doesn't sound too bad... until you learn that the first two columns were 55 characters long). The software was designed to allow the user to import that file, read and then sort the information into a database. The user could then create graphs with the sorted information. They could also filter the information to, for example, located specific rejected x-rays. Show less

      Candidate Experience Award Personnel Today Awards Nov 2022 Dee Set was a wonderful website to work on. Myself and the Project Manager had weekly calls with the client to brainstorm ideas to help make the website a wonderful candidate experience.The site is one of the first to feature both Animated Application and Onboarding forms. Allowing the candidate to have an interactive experience as they complete their journey into joining the business.

      Innovation in Recruitment Award Personnel Today Awards Nov 2022 Paddy Power Betfair was a fantastic challenge as it involved developing multiple websites at the same time, all with similar layouts but different branding. They are wonderfully interactive and eye-catching, really grabbing the user's attention and encouraging them to apply.A recent addition to their site was Animated Onboarding, which I decided to completely rebuild our old and outdated code, so that it would be more efficient and cleaner for any future implementations.

Some of their requirements involved experimenting with designs and layouts until we eventually landed on the current design which is both modern, fresh, and invokes their branding wonderfully.
