After implementing the Industrial Engineering & lean tools & techniques we are able to reduce the the number pf rejection with 20 Pcs per month and plating order become 200-250 micron. They have another difficult problem in delivery schedule and we implement the Kanban to FIFO (First in First Out). Their on time delivey rate increase up to 99%. Show less

Operational reports (such as production reports, Quality reports, Efficiency reports, Incentive reports, process-wise reports shipment reports, and shipping and logistics reports) are automated through the system. 3. Design and Implement a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for the lingerie and activewear Industries, from Cutting, Sewing, Packing, Finishing, and Cartooning to the finished goods warehouse and Shipping and logistics automated invoice system. 3.1 Cutting Operations: We design and implement the shapeshifter to increase the utilization of fabric consumption. 3.2 Sewing Operations: We design and implement the Endline QC module to track the line output quality rate and efficiency and incentive 3.3 Packing and FInishing: Design and develop the packing finishing module for a single, packed garment and finally in the cartoon. 3.4 Finally develop and implement a Warehouse management system where FG warehouse in and out track and for delivery created a delivery challan. 3.5.
