      Responsible to plan and implement the various process and procedures, Pricing, Revenue Forecast, Variance Analysis, Validating T&Cs. Being in the global role the job involves analysis and planning activity at a global level & at BU level. Project Costing, Revenue & Profitability analysis: This activity involves evaluation of the Resource Plans & build costing. Also includes Revenue and profitability analysis of every sales opportunity including the complex opportunities. All the sales cases need to be approved by me before the quotation is sent out to the customer. Risk Identification & Scenario Analysis: Detailed information of every risk is collected including the non-standard T&Cs. I buildup the costing based on these information. Scenario analysis is done based on these inputs. Pricing: Pricing of every deal is done based importance of the deal, market situation, deal strategy. Every pricing model will be built and discussed with Sales/ bid management and even top management.Management Reporting: Generating various reports and making analysis for management. Revenue Forecasting: This is a global & regional level revenue forecasting activity. These forecasts are presented weekly/monthly/ quarterly to Top Management, Regional heads & BU Heads.Analysis: Management Reports / MIS and Forecasts are analyzed and discussed with the regional heads/ BU heads. This activity also includes variance analysis, revenue pipeline analysis, order back log analysis & revenue leakage analysis. Analyzing cause for variation. Controlling: Tracking & controlling cost is part of this role. Every travel, material expenditure is tracked. These expenditure are tallied with budget and variance are highlighted to management.
