  PhD topic: the role of the proinflammatory mediators IL-1 and MK2 in murine non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. During my PhD, I was part of the graduate training course Immunomodulations, where I was able to gather extensive knowledge in the field of immology and gained substantial experience in the presentation of research data in English.

  Actress

  After finishing the experimental part of my PhD, I had the opportunity to play the role of "Gretchen" in a modern version of "Faust" by Goethe which was directed by Andreas Büttner in Theaterensemble Würzburg. We there not only went with the classical innocent version of the role but also carved out facets of her as a seductress and rebel which I enjoyed immensely.
