  This position reports to the Indonesia Asset Manager and serves as the Offshore Installation Manager (OIM). The primary responsibility is to ensure that FSO operations fully comply with the EM Safety Management System for all offshore activities. Additionally, the role oversees the reliability of equipment supporting FSO operations and ensures the safe and timely transfer of crude oil to buyer tankers within the agreed timeline.Currently, with production operations from Banyu Urip Wells in Bojonegoro, FSO Gagak Rimang stands as the busiest terminal in Indonesia, catering to both local and international buyer tankers. Show less This position reported to the Indonesia Asset Manager, serving as Construction Superintendent. My primary responsibility was to oversee all construction tasks supporting the EM processing facility in the Banyu Urip field. As part of my supervision, I managed static equipment operations—including tank cleaning, hydro cyclone repairs, and process pipping modifications—as well as the execution of critical and complex lifting and rigging operations by the heavy equipment team.During my tenure in this role, I had the opportunity to lead several modification projects aimed at enhancing production from the Banyu Urip field. These included civil and surface well site developments for a new well campaign, soil stabilization improvements for the onshore pipeline, and internal piping modifications at FSO Gagak Rimang (offshore). Given the current stage of Banyu Urip’s life cycle, I also collaborated with the engineering team to manage produced gas and water handling campaigns, ensuring sustained oil production from the field as the top oil producer in Indonesia. This position reported to EM Logistics Manager, main role of positions is to ensure logistics support from onshore to offshore is safely and effectively executed by EM contractors. The designated person ashore (DPA) role is to bridge the communication between ExxonMobil and the regulator.
