  I worked as a Trainee at 5-star Hotel Sheraton, Bangladesh in reception, concierge and reservation sections as a part of completion of Front Office and Secretariat Service course from National Hotel and Tourism Training Institute, Bangladesh- As a trainee, I have learnt the norm of dealing clients with dignity, care and professionally during face to face and over phone communications.- I got training in managing and scheduling process in a 5-star hotel with detailed knowledge on upselling and upgrade schemes.- I dealt with sensitive issues such as managing drunk clients keeping in mind the reputation of the organisation as well as respecting clients' rights. - I was a part of the concierge team assisting clients during a Thai trade fair organised in Hotel Sheraton. - I maintained this training besides being a full-time student at BUET.
