      In the Change Control Expert role at PG&E, I am the lead person responsible for the implementation of the change control process within Gas Operations. By maintaining policies and procedures, the change control process continues to mature and develop throughout all Gas organizations. My responsibilities include the tracking, trending and presenting progress of the change control program to senior managers. Additionally, by providing instruction throughout the PG&E service territory; I foster the development of the change control program. Support the PG&E certifications of RC14001, PAS55 and API754 by hosting auditors (Lloyds Register), conducting pre-assessments and presenting information related to the PG&E Safety Management System. Show less As a Senior Quality Operations Specialist for PG&E; I support the Corrective Action Program (CAP) Team within Gas Operations as of November 2015. The CAP Team is at the forefront of improving safety. My role is to manage issues, assess risk, performing event reviews and evaluate corrective actions taken for effectiveness for the betterment of the Gas Operations Program. During my time with the company, I have continued to develop my skills and expertise in performing both apparent and root cause analysis in support of our senior managers.
