  Summer Academy Team member working to organize, review, and execute City Year's 2015 Summer Academy -- a week long training conference for entire network of City Year national staff and team leaders, approximately 1,300 participants. Specific responsibilities include providing logistical direction and support for session content designers and facilitators, editing and reviewing work relating to the roughly 800 participants in the ProServe learning track of the conference, and reinforcing expectations and deadlines. Show less Led a team of 13 AmeriCorps Members to achieve impact goals of targeting "off-track"​ high school students to provide them the necessary resources to graduate high school. Analyzed weekly student data and coached Corps Members to identify strengths and opportunities to increase performance. Ended the year with 100% retention rate for Corps Members on team as well as surpassed team goals of student academic performance, student average daily attendance growth, student social emotional learning coaching, student after school programming and attendance, and led 26 whole school events.Additionally led as one of City Year Philadelphia's elected Dean's Council representatives, which conferenced with all the national City Year sites at least once a month to discuss successes and challenges facing the organization. Also led Corps Council, a team of 30 AmeriCorps Members from across the 19 schools served in by City Year Philadelphia, in bi-weekly meetings geared to solving challenges and creating growth at the site level. Implemented six initiatives for the Philadelphia corps and staff (roughly 250-300) throughout the year, including a national social media initiative.
