  Completed Intermediate Program of the Chinese Language Chinese Studies
  Attended a Chinese language course at the intermediate level from March 2019 to June 2019. The course included oral and written examinations as well as spoken presentations.

  Certification of Completion Chinese Language B
  I attended Yunnan University as part of a study abroad program organized by CET. June 2017 - August 2017. The program was language intensive; meant to fill nine weeks of education with a years worth, and followed a strict "no-English" pledge. In addition to improving my ability to understand Mandarin Chinese, this was a real opportunity for personal growth. It pushed the limits of my comfort zones and enabled me to have more confidence in my abilities.

  Activities and Societies: Concert Choir, Performance Piano, Ground Quidditch and Yule Ball Committee Attending the UofM Morris allowed me to explore interests outside of my own major (which also allowed for a minor in History and an Area of Emphasis in Chinese, Language). Morris is an environment where people, from many different backgrounds, and different ideas and opinions can meet and work together.
