      • Responsible for the administration of 4 Credit union branches and 3 agencies. • Duties included employing and training of staff, budgeting, marketing, credit collection, insurance, loan interviews, presentations to school students and liaison with payroll managers at coalmines where the credit union had payroll deductions. • I project managed the conversion of 3 of the agencies into full service branches with an online computer network to head office in Brisbane. The task included the leasing of office space and design and refurbishing that was required, liaising with Telstra for data lines, etc.• Payroll deductions in the region increased by 900% in the 3 years that I managed the area. The Credit Union had achieved an equal share of the payroll deductions to that of the 3 major banks in the area, Westpac, NAB and ANZ.
